Can I see someone face-to-face?
At present, MindHub Psychology is a tele-health only service, meaning sessions are available online through video call or phone call.

What is Telehealth Therapy?
Telehealth is similar to in-person therapy; the only difference is that it is conducted using a computer and webcam. This provides the added convenience of not having to travel to your appointment, allowing you to attend the session from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Research shows that Telehealth is equally as effective as in-person sessions.
